General conditions for using the Nowbot.it SaaS platform.

Service provider

Subject matter

Nowbot.it is a SaaS platform that allows hosts, accommodation businesses and property managers to create informational chatbots that answer guests based on information provided by the host.

Account and user responsibilities

The user is responsible for the accuracy of entered data, information uploaded to the knowledge base and service use by their collaborators. The user must avoid unlawful, misleading, discriminatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.

Plans, payments and renewals

Available plans and prices are those displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Payments are handled through Stripe or other providers shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew according to the selected period unless cancelled before renewal.

For needs beyond self-service limits, such as more than 5 bots, SIMAL TECHNOLOGIES SL may prepare custom offers.

AI service limits

Chatbot answers depend on content provided by the host and integrated AI systems. Nowbot.it aims to provide helpful and coherent answers, but does not guarantee absolute absence of errors, omissions or temporary unavailability. The host must verify critical information before publishing it or using it with guests.

Availability and changes

The service may evolve, be updated or temporarily suspended for maintenance, security or technical reasons. SIMAL TECHNOLOGIES SL may modify features, limits and conditions, informing users when required by law or contract.

Suspension and termination

In case of non-payment, abuse, breach of terms or security risk, access to the service may be limited, suspended or terminated.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SIMAL TECHNOLOGIES SL is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, inaccurate content entered by the user or improper use of the service. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory rules that may apply. For B2B disputes, the competent court will be determined under applicable Spanish law.
