Data we process

We may process identification and contact data, account data, billing data, messages sent through forms, technical browsing information, platform usage data and content uploaded by hosts to configure their chatbot.

For public chatbots, guest messages may be logged to provide the service, improve the knowledge base and allow the host to review received questions.

Purposes and legal bases

• Account creation and management, onboarding, dashboard and chatbot: performance of a contract.
• Replying to contact form requests: consent or pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject.
• Payments, invoicing and accounting obligations: legal and contractual obligations.
• Security, abuse prevention, technical logs and service improvement: legitimate interest.
• Marketing communications, where enabled: withdrawable consent.

Providers and recipients

Data may be processed by technical providers needed to run the service, including hosting, payment tools such as Stripe, form handling through Formspree and AI services configured in the platform. Providers operate under contractual instructions and appropriate security measures.

Nowbot.it may use technical and session cookies required for the website and private area. The referral system may use attribution cookies for up to 90 days. Any non-technical tools will be managed according to applicable law.
