For the website, account management, billing and commercial requests, SIMAL TECHNOLOGIES SL acts as data controller.

When a host uses Nowbot.it to reply to their guests, the host determines the purposes and content of processing. In that context, the host may act as controller and Nowbot.it as processor, within the limits of the provided service.

GDPR rights

Data subjects may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, where applicable.

For requests related to your Nowbot.it account, write to info@simal.tech. For requests related to data entered in a property chatbot, we may direct you to the host acting as controller of that bot.

Security measures

The platform adopts proportionate technical and organisational measures, including access control, logical tenant separation, specialised providers, application protections and limited data retention based on purpose.

Processor and DPA

Hosts who need a data processing agreement may request one by writing to info@simal.tech. The document will define subject matter, duration, nature of processing, data categories, obligations and subprocessors under the GDPR.

Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Spain, the authority is the Spanish Data Protection Agency: aepd.es.
